Hayleigh and I decided to get dressed up for the Oscars.(this was a super cool idea seeing as it was being screened at 3.30 am and we were desperate for an adventure!)
Not only did we dress up,
We booked ourselves a hotel room.
Went for some prawns, bought some champagne, and headed to the 12 decades hotel for a night of glamour and dreams.
The night started off deliciously, with Peroni and food, pretty dresses and the Jozi skyline winking at us from our hotel room.
I wish i could lie and say the Oscars were wonderful... but somehow our big beautiful bed thought we would enjoy some sweet sleep more, we clapped at the opening and then fell asleep about two oscars in.
But somehow... it didnt matter.
