Sjoe Parkview is savvy.
Ladies in their pearls and Italian loafers carrying 'still hot from the oven' French loaves, Peonies and blackberries(The phone not the fruit of course) in one arm, and a baby Gap wearing infant in the other.
Painfully chic and tastefully just a little bit above the rest of us Plebs, in a Jacaranda tree infested hub live the Parkview-ians.
I entered this nice smelling village yesterday morning to go sample what i heard was the greatest new pancake eating, flat white drinking coffee shop since Vovo Telo.
Sjoe, oh me oh my, did i come home with some treasures from the land of Parkview Plenty.
Ripe round peaches, pink perfect rasberries, crisp roses the colour of Josephs techni-coloured dream coat., a slice of cake for a friend who goes nuts for anything cream cheesy and figgy, a bag of freshly roasted coffee, 10 new books from the library a foamy creamy flat white and whats more...a posh accent. Of all things Parkview might have bestowed upon me in the half hour we spent together, i have finally realised, there is something to be said for pronouncing your words correctly, like a lady in pearls, carrying French loaves and trendy dressed infants would do.
Thanks Parkview. For the fruit and the elocution class.
